Win more customers by offering a better price with our Found a Better Price? add-on.
Right pricing strategy is often the key to success of your online store. With the Found a Better Price? add-on, you will be able to sell products in your store at flexible prices.
Your users will be able to notify you of a better price they found in another store by submitting a quick form:
Once you get the notification, you can reach the customer by the specified email and offer a lower price or give a discount for the product.
Compatibility¶
The add-on is compatible with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.3.1 and above.

Managing in the admin panel¶
Installing the add-on¶
Install the “Found a Better Price?” add-on on the add-ons list page (“Add-ons” → ”Manage add-ons”). Click the + button in the top right corner, select an archive and click Upload & install. You can now find the installed add-on in the list of installed add-ons, just make sure it is set to Active.
Available settings¶
The setup of the add-on is quick and easy.
It requires to specify the admin’s email address where a notification that the user found a better price will be sent. Multiple comma-separated email addresses can be specified.
You can also pick any color for the Found a Better Price? link.
Enabling Google reCAPTCHA¶
To protect your website from spam and bots, it’s recommended to enable Google reCAPTCHA for the Found a better price form.
To do this, navigate to the settings of the default Google reCAPTCHA add-on and select the Found a better price? checkbox.
